There are two things HAIKEN will not compromise on: water and rice. The water flows from Mt. Kitsuragi and the rice is nurtured in Hyogo. This ensures that the vodka, no matter how innovative, always maintains the legacy and roots of its origin.

HAIKEN Yuzu
More floral than an orange and nearly as tart as a lime with a scent that is dense and disarming. The yuzu flavor is tart and fragrant, closely resembling that of the grapefruit with overtones of mandarin orange.
Yuzu citrus fruit is most closely identified with Japan, where is one of the nation’s essential aromas and flavors. It lends zing to highballs and Tom Collins cocktails.
HAIKEN Lychee
The flavor of lychee fruit is described in a few different ways, Some say it tastes like a cross between a strawberry and a pear. Others taste a blend of citrus and rose water or other floral notes owing to the fruit’s sweet, strong aroma.
