Ingredients:

  • 2 oz BIKOKU Japanese Pure Malt Whisky

  • 1⁄4 oz Yellow Chartreuse

  • 1⁄2 oz Lime Juice

  • 1⁄2 oz Simple Syrup

  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters/ Plum Bitters

  • 3⁄4 oz Dry Sake

  • Dehydrated lime wheel, lemon grass, and expressed orange twist

Combine all ingredients into shaker tin except dry sake, add ice and shake. Add in dry sake and strain over fresh ice into collins glass.

Dark Opulence

Ingredients:

  • 1 1⁄2 oz BIKOKU Japanese Pure Malt Whisky

  • 1 1⁄2 oz Luxardo Amaretto

  • Flamed orange peel

Stirred and strained into a rocks glass over large cube. Flame orange peel over top.

Luna & Artemis

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz BIKOKU Japanese Pure Malt Whisky

  • 3⁄4 oz Umeshu

  • 1 Barspoon Sweet Vermouth

  • 2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass and stir with ice to chill and dilute. Strain into frozen Nick & Nora.

A Luxurious Character

Ingredients:

  • 1 3⁄4 oz BIKOKU Japanese Pure Malt Whisky

  • 1⁄4 oz Superior Medium Dry Sherry

  • 1⁄2 oz Antica

  • 1 Barspoon Pomegranate Grenadine

  • 3 Dashes Orange Bitters

  • Cinnamon stick and expressed and manicured orange twist

Combine all ingredients into mixing glass, add ice and stir. Strain over large ice cube into rocks glass (or in a chilled coupe glass up).
